Clearcut Roulade from Recipes for Disaster, 2019

A roulade is a French word for something that is rolled, as in 18 million acres
(7.3 million hectares) of forest, rolled over each year by the logging, paper, and mining industries. Housing construction, agricultural expansion and livestock ranching complete this dessert. Patch cut, strip, clearcut, slash-and-burn — rich any way you slice it.
